The Team & Meetings

THE MANAGERS:
 
Administrative Manager: Allyson Dickey is the General Manager and co-owner of Model HOA. She and her team are your contact for any and all HOA items related to all things administrative (information on dues, billing, violations, rules, insurance, documents, meetings, newsletters, etc.).  They can be reached at: manager@foxpointatredstone.com
 
Maintenance Manager: David Williams (dave@foxpointatredstone.com) has an extensive background in all the trades needed to maintain and repair our buildings and grounds plus he has been a contract fire fighter for many years as well as having worked for USAID/DOD in Africa. He is your contact for all things related to the maintenance and appearance of the buildings and grounds.
 
THE BOARD:
 
President: Stephanie Richardson (stephanie@foxpointatredstone.com) has lived in HOAs since 1984 (at Fox Point since 2016) and served on all the boards, is widowed and retired mainly from UCLA Medical Center as Assistant Director of Patient Accounts as well as having worked in such diverse industries as insurance, aviation and niche magazine publishing.  Her current board term ends in March 2028.
 
Vice President: Rick Ziegler (rick@foxpointatredstone.com) and his wife are part-time residents and have owned in Fox Point for several years.  They live mainly in Florida where he has served on several Commissions and Boards and is now a retired CPA with both public and corporate experience.  His current board term ends in March 2029.
 
Secretary/Treasurer: Jonathon Boyd (jonathon@foxpointatredstone.com) has lived for several years in Park City, mainly at Fox Point.  He has spent many years in law-enforcement with a BS in Criminal Justice in Political Science, currently teaches at the Police Academy and is very committed to giving back with community service.  His current board term ends in March 2027.
 
MEETINGS:
 
Board Meetings: Board meetings are usually held at 9 am MT on the 3rd Tuesday of January, April, May, June, July, August, September and October on Zoom with a dial-in option.  An email meeting notice is sent to Owners with the meeting agenda, Zoom link and phone number/access code.
 
Annual Meeting: This yearly meeting is held at 7 pm MT on the 2nd Wednesday in March.  Prior to the meeting a notice is emailed to Owners containing the agenda, Zoom link and phone number/access code.  Only the Owner or his/her written and filed proxy may attend.
