The Board meets the 3rd Tuesday of the following months: January, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October. The meetings are held at 9 am MT via Zoom with a dial-in option available. The HOA Manager sends notice to all owners via email with the meeting agenda, Zoom link and phone number/access code.
The Annual Meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday in March at 7 pm MT. Each Owner will receive an email notice prior to the meeting with time, place, agenda, etc. for the meeting which only the Owner or his/her written and filed proxy may attend.
