The Board
President: Stephanie Richardson (stephanie@foxpointatredstone.com) has lived in condos since 1984 (in Park City since 2016) and has served on all the Boards. She is retired mainly from UCLA Medical Center as Assistant Director of Patient Accounts, but also worked in such diverse industries such as insurance, aviation, and magazine publishing. She was re-elected to the Board in March of 2022; her current term is up in March 2025.
Vice President: Rick Ziegler (rick@foxpointatredstone.com) and his wife are part-time Park City residents and have owned in Fox Point for the last 6 years. They live primarily in Florida where he has served on several Commissions and Boards. He is now a retired CPA with both Public and Corporate experience. His current term is up in March 2026.
Secretary/Treasurer: Jonathon Boyd (jonathon@foxpointatredstone.com) has lived in Park City for 7 years, mostly in Fox Point. He has spent 15 years in law-enforcement backed up by a BS in Criminal Justice in Political Science. He currently teaches at the Police Academy and is very committed to giving back by serving the community thru service. He was elected to the Board in March of 2024; his current term is up in March 2027.
Board & Annual Meetings
The Board meets the 3rd Tuesday of the following months: January, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October. The meetings are held at 9 am MT via Zoom with a dial-in option available. The HOA Manager sends notice to all owners via email with the meeting agenda, Zoom link and phone number/access code.
The Annual Meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday in March at 7 pm MT. Each Owner will receive an email notice prior to the meeting with time, place, agenda, etc. for the meeting which only the Owner or his/her written and filed proxy may attend.
