Maintenance Manager: David Williams (dave@foxpointatredstone.com) has an extensive background in all the trades that are needed to maintain and repair our buildings and grounds plus he has been a contract fire fighter for many years as well as having worked for USAID/DOD in Africa.  He is your contact point via the website for all things related to the maintenance and appearance of the buildings and grounds.

 

HOA Manager: Allyson Dickey is the General Manager and Co-Owner of Model HOA. Model HOA is your contact point via the website for any and all HOA items related to all things administrative (information on dues, billing, violations, rules, insurance, documents, meetings, newsletter items, etc.) She holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She, her husband, two daughters and golden retriever reside in Park Meadows.
