Welcome to Fox Point
Fox Point is a residential community that also allows owners to rent their condos. It is across from Utah Olympic Park and minutes from downtown Park City and three major ski resorts—The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. The community borders the Swaner Preserve, a 1,200-acre protected wildlife area with an impressive EcoCenter.

Construction Defect
The Construction Defect Lawsuit was settled in February 2015. Please see the Order of Dismissal and Entry of Final Judgment here
 
We are currently in the process of finalizing all remaining construction punch list items. Completion of all items will be done by Summer 2016. If you have any punch list items to be added, please contact Property Management here.

Board Meetings
The Fox Point at Redstone HOA Board holds monthly meetings. 
 
Regularly Scheduled Board meetings take place on the 2nd Tuesday every month at 10 AM, in one of the empty retail spaces. Please note that any reminders or changes will be emailed out with our weekly newsletter.

Animal Rules at Fox Point
  Fox Point has strict rules governing pets in the community. The rules are detailed in the Pet Policy and Registration and include a registration process. Highlights from the Resolution include: 
     1. Only owners of units can register a pet and the pet must wear a Fox Point tag when on the property.
     2. Renters or members of the public are not allowed to bring pets onto the property, including indoor-only pets. Owners cannot register a pet for a renter.
     3. Owners who register a pet and do not follow the rules, will incur fines and ultimately be required to remove their pet from Fox Point.
     4. Owners are responsible for the rule violations of their renters or guests, including the removal of the pet in violation from the property.
 
Fox Point has a separate policy for Assistance Animals, as Assistance animals are not pets.
 
A list of units with approved animals  is maintained on this website at the bottom of the Current News page. Pets in other units are in violation of the pet rules.

Policy and Emergency Handbook
Download a copy of the Association Policy Handbook. Post the one-page Overview on a refrigerator door or other location where renters and guests will have ready access to information. Include a clause in rental and lease agreements that informs renters that they must adhere to all Association policies. Owners must provide their own on-site management of renters. Property management does not provide this service. Owners are fined for policy violations of renters. Also download a copy of the Association's Emergency Handbook. Keep a copy accessible inside every unit.
 

Homeowner Insurance and Entry Policy with Convenience Key
The Association's Homeowner's Insurance Policy states that Owners are responsible for covering the Association's insurance deductible for any casualty loss occurring within their units in accordance with the UTah Condominium Act, regardless of fault. Currently the deductible amount is $10,000. Owners should have an indivdual homeowner's insurance policy that covers the Association's deductible amount. 
 
The Association's Unit Entry Policy states that Owners must provide the Management Company with access to the insude of their units for scheduled repair and inspection activities. Owners can provide a Convenience Key or a keypad code as long as they sign a Unit Entry Consent Form
